The district co-ordinator is responsible for selection decisions and submitting entries.<br><br>All schools must be affiliated through their district to KSAA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are unsure if your school is affiliated to KSAA then contact your district coordinator.<br><br>A list of the Winter Season 2026 Coordinators can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/ksaa.org.uk\/?page_id=754\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/ksaa.org.uk\/?page_id=754\">here<\/a>.<br><br>A district may enter up to 16 athletes in each age group.<br><br>District co-ordinators must have entered their eligible athletes by Wednesday <strong>26th November 2025<\/strong>. Names of all entered athletes will appear on the KSAA website from Wednesday 3rd &#8211; Friday 19th December 2025. <br><br>Districts may make adjustments to their team lists during this time. Entries close after this date.<br><br>All athletes should check their entry and if there is an issue, should contact their school P.E dept in the first instance and where clarification is necessary, the district co-ordinator (<a href=\"https:\/\/ksaa.org.uk\/?page_id=754\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/ksaa.org.uk\/?page_id=754\">see district contacts<\/a>) <br><br>It is expected that eligible athletes will be proactive in ensuring they have been entered by the stated deadline. No new entries will be allowed on the day of competition.
